Copart, Inc. to Webcast First Quarter Fiscal 2006 Results

FAIRFIELD, Calif.--Nov. 2, 20058, 2005--Copart, Inc. announced today that it will release earnings for the first quarter of its fiscal 2006 after the close of market on Friday, December 2, 2005.

On Monday, December 5, 2005 a conference call will be held at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (8 a.m. Pacific) to discuss the results and answer questions regarding the company's performance for the first quarter ending October 31, 2005.
