Servigistics Asia-Pacific Hosts Inaugural Client Conference 'Servigistics APAC EXCHANGE 2005' in Tokyo

First annual event attracted more than 100 service leaders from around the APAC region

ATLANTA, Nov. 21 -- Servigistics, Inc, the leading provider of service parts management solutions, today announced that its first annual Asia-Pacific ("APAC") user group conference, Servigistics APAC EXCHANGE 2005, was a complete success and attracted more than 100 service leaders from around the APAC region.

Held on November 17 at the Capital Tokyo Hotel in Akasaka, Tokyo, the two day conference provided an open, interactive platform for the more than 100 attending clients, prospective clients and partners to share ideas and discuss strategies that focused on improving business performance through effective service parts management. Attendees from global leading companies across many industries, including automotive, high tech, medical equipment and telecommunications, participated in presentations, workshops and collaborative forums to showcase how they have transformed their service business with Servigistics and achieved significant revenue, profitability and customer service level improvements.
