Monaco Coach Corporation Completes Acquisition of R-Vision Group of Companies
Acquisition Makes Monaco Coach the Fifth Largest Manufacturer of Towable Recreational Vehicles
COBURG, Ore., Nov. 21 -- Monaco Coach Corporation , one of the leading manufacturers of motorized and towable recreational vehicle products, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Indiana-based R-Vision companies and its Bison and Roadmaster affiliates for $60 million cash consideration.
The R-Vision acquisition is expected to add $200 million to $220 million in sales for Monaco Coach and 13 to 16 cents in earnings per share in fiscal 2006. Monaco is presently the largest builder of Class A diesel motorhomes and the fifth largest Class A gasoline motorhome manufacturer in the U. S. The R-Vision acquisition makes Monaco the fifth largest manufacturer of towable recreational vehicles.
