Solomon Signs Dubai Representative

TARPON SPRINGS, Fla.--Nov. 1, 20057, 2005--Solomon Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:SOLM) today announced that GAZTEC LLC will represent Solomon in the commercial marine markets in the Middle East. GAZTEC currently covers the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and India with specific focus on passenger vessels.

Krishakumar, General Manager for GAZTEC said, "We are very eager to promote Solomon products in the Middle East. Especially in Dubai, lots of new waterfront projects are going on. Most of these projects require ferry boats which run environmentally friendly."
