Business Bank of Nevada Establishes Banking Relationship With Carson City Harley Davidson, Including a 4.5 Acre Land Loan

CARSON CITY, Nev., Nov. 16, 2005 -- Business Bank of Nevada (BULLETIN BOARD: BBNV) today announced that it secured the banking relationship of one of Carson City's most prominent and well-respected businesses, Carson City Harley Davidson, Inc. The owner of Carson City Harley Davidson, Richard Tapia, recently secured financing from Business Bank to purchase and develop approximately 4.5 acres of land located at Research Way and College Parkway near the new Highway 395 north bypass route.

Within the next year, Tapia plans to develop a 30,000 square foot facility to relocate and house his Harley Davidson franchise, which is currently located in a leased facility at North Carson Street and Highway 395. Tapia is currently working with architects and developers to design and construct a building that is scheduled to open within the next 16 months. "We couldn't be more pleased to have the Tapia family and their Harley Davidson business join the growing and satisfied family of Business Bank customers in northern Nevada," said Jerry Gregory, senior vice president and northern Nevada regional manager of Business Bank. "Banking is still about relationships and taking care of the people's banking needs, and we're very excited for the privilege we have to care for the Tapia family's growing and expanding banking needs in this area."

Gregory added that Harley Davidson is a proven commodity that has a great deal of brand awareness that will certainly help Business Bank further entrench itself as one of the leading financial institutions in Carson City. Since opening in December of 1999, Business Bank has become the 5th largest bank in the area with close to $100 million in total deposits.

"What impressed me with Business Bank was their professionalism and genuinely caring for my business," said Richard Tapia, owner of Carson City Harley Davidson, Inc. "It was extremely easy to do business with Jerry and Ursula from Business Bank. Simple things like promptly returning phone calls and giving straight answers were the main reasons why I am doing business with Business Bank. They are friendly and truly care about you as a person, not just as an account number. I know many banks claim to have service, but Business Bank delivers great service."

Tapia added that when his new facility is completed, it would be in close proximity to the Business Bank branch located at 1811 East College Parkway and Goni Road. Tapia also stated that while this was not a factor in his decision to switch banks, it will be convenient to be located within walking distance of the bank. "With Business Bank's courier service, online banking products and personalized service, though, I have the luxury of never having to go to the bank if I choose not to. They take care of everything for me, which allows me to take care of my business."

In addition to his Carson City dealership, Tapia owns Harley Davidson stores in Lake Tahoe, Merced and Los Banos, California. Prior to becoming a successful Harley Davidson franchisee in 1998, Tapia spent 16 years with General Motors as a factory executive responsible for several western states. Richard and his wife Roberta, who is also co-owner in the Harley Davidson family-owned business, have lived in northern Nevada with their four sons for the past several years.

In addition to Land Loans, the Bank also offers a full array of Commercial Loan Products such as Construction, Land and Real Estate Development, Single- and Multi-Family Construction Loans, Business Equipment and Machinery, Tenant Improvement, SBA 504 Loans, Unsecured Small Business Loans, and much more. The Bank also offers a variety of Consumer Loans such as Auto, RVs, Boat/Trailer, Home Equity Credit Lines (HECL), and more.
