FreedomRoads, Nation's Largest RV Retailer, Announces Redesign of Its Operational Management for Key Strategies; Led by John A. Sirpilla, National Operational Initiatives Become Significant Focus
LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill.--Nov. 1, 20055, 2005--Chicago based FreedomRoads, LLC., the nation's largest RV retailer with revenues approaching $1.5 billion, today announced that it has redesigned its Operational Team which will be led by John A. Sirpilla who was named Executive Vice President of Operations. The move is part of a larger management structure redesign in response to the company's rapid growth.Sirpilla will have primary responsibility for a number of critical operational areas nationally including e-commerce strategy, F&I programs and production, fixed operations, human resource recruitment and retention, retail insurance, pre-owned vehicle strategy, purchasing, and the sports marketing program among others. He will retain his position as a Regional President for the Mid-America region which includes Ohio, Indiana and Michigan. Sirpilla will be assisted in running this region by Wayde Henry and Todd Bleichrodt.

Key new additions to Sirpilla's Operational Team include Randy Rahe, Tim Wessel and Kurt Hunt. Rahe will assume the role of Vice President of E-Commerce where he will oversee and manage all facets of Business Development Centers (BDC) across the country as well as developing a new business venture, RVS.com. Wessell, the new Vice President of Finance & Insurance, brings F&I expertise having played a similar role as an executive at AutoNation. Among several responsibilities as Director of the company's new Motorsports Program, Hunt will be in charge of leading a grass roots effort with the NASCAR community. FreedomRoads has full level primary sponsorship of a racing team through 2007, as well as multiple at track location promotions across the country.
