Universal Power Group Features New Automotive Accessory Line at 2005 AAPEX Show in Las Vegas

CARROLLTON, Texas--Nov. 1, 20054, 2005--Universal Power Group, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zunicom, Inc., (OTCBB:ZNCM), exhibited at AAPEX (Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo) held in Las Vegas, November 1st through 4th, 2005. This convention is attended by more than 105,000 trade visitors from 124 countries, making it the largest automotive trade event in the world.

"This is the first year we have participated at AAPEX and we are very pleased with the reception of our new automotive accessory and charger product lines," stated Randy Hardin, President and CEO of UPG. UPG's featured 12-volt automotive accessory line includes: Automatic Jack, a battery-powered jack, Starter-Up jumpstarters, car ionizer, impact wrench, cordless air compressor, portable warmer/cooler, emergency road kit, and more. UPG also exhibited its new charger line alongside its popular sealed lead-acid and alkaline batteries.
