Perot Systems Awarded Information Technology Services Contract with ACG
PLANO, Texas, Nov. 10, 2005 -- Perot Systems Corporation today announced that The Auto Club Group has selected the company to provide desktop and service desk outsourcing services as part of a long- term information technology services contract.
Under terms of the contract, Perot Systems will provide service management process framework guidance, desktop support, and service desk management, including use of its proprietary Operational Process Application Suite (OPAS) tool to help ACG enhance its IT operations.
