South Florida International Auto Show Hybrid Safety Presentation

In response to the growing popularity of hybrid vehicles, the South Florida International Auto Show will host demonstrations in the Miami Beach Convention Center for members of the Miami Beach Fire Department addressing safety issues when faced with emergencies involving hybrids. The first demonstration will be held at the Honda display on Thursday, November 10 beginning at noon. A second demonstration at the Toyota display will follow. Representatives of both lines will answer questions related to the mechanics of hybrids and any safety concerns.
