Total Traffic Network and Inrix to Integrate Traffic Data

SAN FRANCISCO--Nov. 8, 2005--Clear Channel Communications, Inc.

-- Combined data promises the highest quality real-time, predictive and forecast traffic services for the booming traffic data industry

Clear Channel's Total Traffic Network, a division of Clear Channel Radio, and Inrix, Inc., the first company to provide predictive traffic flow information, today announced an agreement at the ITS World Congress. As part of the agreement, Inrix will integrate Total Traffic Network's real-time traffic incident data into its predictive and forecast traffic services, making it available to its customers. In turn, Clear Channel's Total Traffic Network, which services more than 125 markets in three countries, will now make Inrix's predictive and forecast traffic flow information available to its customer base, including broadcasters and real-time traffic navigation systems.

"Inrix is a leading innovator in the real-time traffic services market, delivering high quality predictive forecast information," said Clear Channel Traffic Senior Vice President, Lance Locher. "By combining Total Traffic Network's unparalleled real-time traffic reporting data with Inrix's data, we're elevating the entire traffic reporting industry to a new level, one with a more complete, in-depth traffic reporting service."

"Clear Channel's Total Traffic Network covers more metropolitan areas than any other and was a natural choice for Inrix in striking this collaboration," said Bryan Mistele, President and CEO of Inrix. "Together, we're positive that we can help millions of travelers eliminate time and stress from their daily commute."
