G-Line to Sponsor and Donate to Famous Love Ride
TUSTIN, Calif.--Nov. 7, 2005--Fairchild Sports, creators of G-Line women's motorcycle gear, today announced sponsorship of the world-famous Love Ride. The Love Ride is the largest one-day motorcycle charity event in the world, in which, accompanied by celebrity support, more than 20,000 motorcyclists will ride from Glendale to Castaic Lake, Calif. The event has raised more than $17 million in previous years for charities such as Reading by 9, MDA (Muscular Dystrophy Association) and City of Hope. Fairchild Sports was responsible for the design and creation of the official Love Ride jackets, which were donated as part of their sponsorship."Women riders are among the most giving people we know," said Elizabeth Rakestraw, vice president at Fairchild Sports. "This is a perfect fit for our new line to be a part of. Already, every jacket and every pair of pants we sell of G-Line generates a donation to fight breast cancer. We are very proud to be a part of Love Ride 2005!" she said.
Upon arrival celebrities and riders coming to Castaic Lake will be in for a blowout concert featuring B.B. King, motorcycle trade show, skydiving show, and a BBQ lunch. The made for women, by women G-Line, along with Hein Gericke, will have its full line on display and will be taking orders for sales. About the G-Line

WHEN: Sunday, Nov. 1, 20053, 2005 WHERE: Caravan leaves from Harley-Davidson of Glendale at 9:15 a.m. to Castaic Lake. Glendale VIP parking went on sale for $10 Oct. 1 at the store. Cost is $55 for pre-registered guests; $60 full entry cost. WHO: The headline entertainment is the one and only B.B. King.
