Teres Solutions Integrates SAIL Indirect Lending Software with RouteOne; Move Automates and Increases Efficiency of Auto Loan and Lease Application Processes

MIAMI--Nov. 7, 2005--(CUNA Lending Conference) -- Teres Solutions, Inc. and RouteOne LLC today announced that they have integrated Teres Solutions' SAIL Indirect software with RouteOne, the joint venture formed in 2002 by DaimlerChrysler Services, Ford Motor Credit Company, General Motors Acceptance Corporation, and Toyota Financial Services. The agreement and new technology integration will allow credit unions and financial institutions using SAIL software to electronically tap into the RouteOne network to receive and manage auto loan applications, while expanding indirect lending opportunities. The new technology integration also gives lenders the ability to instantly respond to loan and lease applications, making the application process faster, more efficient and easier for credit unions, financial institutions, auto dealerships and applicants.

"The combination of the RouteOne and SAIL software solutions will provide dealers and financial institutions with a powerful tool in their quest to secure auto loans and leases," said Brad Rogers, RouteOne vice president of Sales and Marketing. "Our integration with Teres Solutions will ensure our mutual customers have an efficient and cost-effective solution to expand their lending portfolios."

RouteOne provides an efficient process by which auto dealers are able to process credit applications to their captive finance companies, as well as other finance sources and lending institutions, all from a single desktop. Teres Solutions' SAIL software products are used by some of the nation's most successful credit unions and financial institutions to automate their indirect and direct lending processes. Working together with RouteOne, the SAIL software products significantly reduce the time it takes for credit unions to review loan applications, request and review credit reports, enter data into core systems, make lending decisions, and quickly respond to RouteOne dealers.

"We are dedicated to working with leading solution providers like RouteOne to make lending management processes more efficient," said Dan Chaney, Vice President of Business Development for Teres Solutions. "By integrating our solutions, we're providing our customers with a powerful way to take their lending programs to new heights."
