Flextronics to Host Analyst and Investor Meeting

SINGAPORE, Nov. 3, 2005 -- Flextronics today announced that it will host an Analyst and Investor Meeting on November 8, 2005 in New York City.

Management presentations will begin at 1:30 p.m. EST. A live webcast of the presentations will be available at www.flextronics.com. The webcast will be archived on the Company's website following the presentations.
