Diamond Triumph Auto Glass, Inc. Announces How to Access its Annual and Quarterly Reports

KINGSTON, Pa., Nov. 2, 2005 -- Diamond Triumph Auto Glass, Inc. ("Diamond Triumph"), a leading provider of automotive glass replacement and repair services in the United States, announced today that it will make its annual and quarterly reports, commencing with its quarterly report for the quarter ended September 30, 2005, available to holders and prospective purchasers of its outstanding 9-1/4% Senior Notes due 2008 (the "Notes"), issued pursuant to an Indenture (the "Indenture"), dated as of March 31, 1998, as supplemented, between Diamond Triumph and U.S. Bank National Association, a national banking association, as trustee (the "Trustee"), governing the Notes, by posting such reports on a secure password protected portion of its Internet website (http://www.diamondtriumph.com/finance).

As previously announced by Diamond Triumph on October 7, 2005, upon its receipt of the requisite consents of the holders of the Notes, Diamond Triumph and the Trustee entered into a Second Supplemental Indenture to the Indenture, which amended Section 4.08 of the Indenture to eliminate the requirement that Diamond Triumph file annual, quarterly and current reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission and to require Diamond Triumph to make available to holders and prospective purchasers of the Notes quarterly and annual reports.
