TelSpan Hires Nicole Keys, Sales Manager
INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 1, 2005 -- TelSpan, the Indianapolis-based provider of worldwide Conferencing services, recently appointed Nicole Keys as its new Sales Manager. At TelSpan, Ms. Keys' primary responsibilities will include managing TelSpan's team of inside sales professionals and support staff, increasing productivity and revenues, and implementing new procedures and processes. In this role, she will work closely with the Marketing Department to increase sales of TelSpan's Conferencing and Event services, including audio TeleConferencing, WebConferencing, Video Conferencing and On- Line Registration services.
Ms. Keys relocated to the Indianapolis area from Tampa, FL to continue her sales management career. In Indianapolis and Tampa she managed teams of both inside and outside sales professional and sales support staff. She was named one of South Tampa's Top Young Professionals in 2004. Nicole has also served as a volunteer for Big Brothers and Big Sisters and has been featured on Channel 13 WTVT and in the Tampa Tribune for various achievements.
Ms. Keys holds a BBA in Marketing from Florida State University, and is currently pursuing her MBA at Indiana University. Ms. Keys also holds various certifications in Project Management, Human Resources, and Management from Villanova and Tulane Universities.
