Auxis Hires Director of Management Consulting

HOUSTON--Nov. 1, 2005--Auxis, Inc. (Auxis) announced that Harold Kingham has joined the company as Director of Management Consulting. "We are pleased to have a professional of Harold's stature join the firm. His addition underscores our commitment to expanding Auxis' presence in the Houston market," said Raul Vega, Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, Mr. Kingham will be responsible for project quality and client satisfaction within the Houston Management Consulting Group.

Mr. Kingham joins Auxis with over 30 years of consulting experience in a broad range of industries. He has extensive international experience enhancing client operational and financial performance through process improvement initiatives.

Mr. Kingham earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Kingham is married and has two children. He is on the Board of Directors of Ronald McDonald House (Houston) and is Chairman of their Technology Committee.
