Testing to be Rescheduled Due to Hurricane Wilma

BARTOW, Fla., Oct. 31, 2005 -- American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AACS) today announced that hurricane-delayed testing will be rescheduled.

Daniel L. Hefner, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "We announced in the President's letter, posted to our website at http://www.aacssymbol.com/ , on October 20, 2005, the technology testing would be conducted last week. Unfortunately, several key participants in that testing were impacted by Hurricane Wilma. Property damage, loss of power, impacted telephone service and difficulty in obtaining fuel severely hampered the assembly of the participants. Details for rescheduling will be announced over the next few days."

Hefner continued, "We are disappointed with the delay, but our excitement about the implications of a successful test result far outweigh any disappointment. As noted in the President's letter, successful testing, coupled with successful negotiations, would result in a substantial new contract for AACS subsidiary IMW. We will provide details as they develop and clarify."

The company's Chariot Manufacturing subsidiary website is http://www.chariot-trailer.com/ .

AACS also maintains a Strategic Partnership with American Fiber Green Products, Inc. with details available through its website, http://www.americanfibergreenproducts.com/ .
