International Speedway Signs Long-Term Sponsorship Agreement With Top HDTV Technology Company

~Texas Instruments DLP(R) HDTV Will Become 'Official High Definition Television' of Certain ISC Facilities~

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., Oct. 31 -- International Speedway Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: ISCB) ("ISC") today announced it has signed a multi-year sponsorship agreement with Texas Instruments ("TI") DLP(R) Products, wherein DLP HDTV will become the "Official High Definition Television" technology of the following ISC facilities: Daytona International Raceway; Talladega Superspeedway; Michigan International Raceway; Phoenix International Raceway; Homestead-Miami Speedway; Kansas Speedway; Martinsville Speedway; Watkins Glen International; and Darlington Raceway.

Through the agreement, which runs through 2008, TI will highlight their DLP technology with at-track hospitality, themed advertising, promotion and/or other mutually agreed to marketing support.

"This agreement demonstrates the growing interest from high-technology companies in ISC's premier motorsports facilities," commented Lesa France Kennedy, President of ISC. "As the Official HDTV technology at several of our facilities, TI will be able to reach consumers across the country through at- track marketing programs that will effectively complement their overall motorsports platform."
