Baszucki Named Exec VP Cobalt Group and GM of Dealix
SEATTLE & REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--Oct. 3, 20051, 2005--The Cobalt Group, Inc., the leading provider of marketing services to the retail automotive industry, announced today the appointment of Greg Baszucki to executive vice president and general manager of Cobalt's Dealix business unit.Baszucki co-founded Dealix Corporation with Jon Christensen in 1998, growing the company from a start-up to a multimillion dollar enterprise and the market leader in online automotive marketing services and online sales leads. Dealix was acquired by The Cobalt Group in 2004. As part of the larger combined company, Baszucki will oversee the expansion and day-to-day operations of the Dealix business unit. Christensen will work closely with Cobalt CEO and president John Holt as an executive strategist.
