Andy Bober, director of customer intelligence strategy at SAS, and Karyn Metchikian, database marketing manager at the Auto Club of Southern California, will present "Using Customer Intelligence to Improve Profitability" on Monday, Oct. 31, at 4:15 p.m. in Grande Ballroom B. Attendees will learn how to improve the profitability of their organizations by better managing customer life cycles.

SAS customer Jerry Nichols, business development manager of market intelligence at Cisco Systems, will present "Customer Intelligence & CRM Analytics" on Wednesday, Nov. 2, at 9:45 a.m. in the Harbor Island III room.

On the evening of Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2005, SAS will host a beach party in the Executive Boardroom 3A, East Tower at the San Diego Sheraton Hotel & Marina. This event will be an opportunity for SAS customers and prospects to relax by the ocean at the SAS Beach Club.
