Enjoy Media Expands Its Advertising Businesses by Acquisition of QiQi
HONG KONG--Oct. 2, 20055, 2005--Enjoy Media Holdings Limited (Pink Sheets:EJYM) announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Guangzhou CheQing Network Technology Limited ("QiQi", www.QiQi.net). QiQi is an advertising and network marketing services company based in Guangzhou, China. The total consideration, US$500,000, is to be settled by common shares of Enjoy Media and is conditional upon certain financial performance and obligations by QiQi. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Enjoy Media's outdoor and digital media advertising businesses.QiQi, a privately-held company in Guangzhou, China, manages a popular portal QiQi.net for car enthusiasts in southern China, with membership of over 60,000 private car owners. It regularly organizes automobile related recreations for its members such as private road trips and driving tours around China and Vietnam. During the organized road trips, the members' cars also act as outdoor mobile advertisement billboards. The company receives advertising income from clients such as petrol and oil companies, car dealers, automakers and other automobile services.
