iQ Power Admitted to Entry Standard Segment

ZUG, Switzerland, October 24 -- Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, 25 October 2005, shares of iQ POWER AG (OTCBB: IQPOF, Frankfurt: IQPB) will be trading on the Deutsche Borse's Entry Standard segment. The Entry Standard debuts on 25 October as a new part of the Open Market (Freiverkehr) segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. What sets it apart is its higher transparency standards compared to the Open Market.

"Trading on the Entry Standard segment helps us not only strengthen our Frankfurt trading venue, but also better accommodate our shareholders, most of whom reside in Germany," said Peter E. Braun, president of the board of directors of the Swiss company iQ Power AG and added, "What's more, the Entry Standard segment improves how people view and perceive iQ POWER and thus enhances the appeal of our company's stock."
