K & F Industries Holdings, Inc. to Host Quarterly Conference Call

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Oct. 24, 2005 -- K & F Industries Holdings, Inc. invites analysts and professional investors to participate in a conference call to discuss K & F's results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2005. K & F president and chief executive officer, Kenneth M. Schwartz, chief financial officer, Dirkson Charles and general counsel and secretary, Ron Kisner will host the call. A press release on the financial results will be issued prior to the call on November 7, 2005.
