Pedregon maneuvered his Advance Auto Parts entry to a 4.760-second elapsed time at 324.36 mph. He will take on Whit Bazemore in tomorrow¹s opening round of competition. ³We are here to qualify well and win races,² said Pedregon, who bounced back from not qualifying at the Texas Motorplex two weekend¹s ago. ³When you¹re as close to the edge as we are, you can go over sometimes. The car felt great on that last run and we¹ve been pretty consistent this weekend.
