Chase for the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Media Opportunities
*      Nextel Wake-Up Call
On Friday, Oct. 21, at 10:00 a.m., the Nextel Wake-Up Call will feature Jeremy Mayfield, driver of the No. 19 Dodge Dealers/UAW Dodge, for a question and answer session. Breakfast will be served at 9:00 a.m. in the media center.

Nextel Fan Zone
*      Focus On Driving
Sprint Nextel's new driver education program, Focus on Driving, was launched with the help of Travis Kvapil and Kyle Busch Oct. 17 at Leon High School in Tallahassee, Fla. Created by Sprint Nextel to educate teen drivers about the importance of attentive driving before they get behind the wheel for the first time, the program is now available free of charge to driver education teachers and students throughout Florida, Arizona, California, Virginia and Washington state. Student focus groups helped create a resource that speaks to teens in their own language, using real-world examples through videos, guest speakers, student guides and classroom posters. 
Sprint Nextel officials also unveiled a series of television public service announcements featuring Busch, Kvapil and Kasey Kahne encouraging drivers to focus on driving. The public service announcements may be viewed by clicking the links below:
