American Racing Capital Closes Agreement

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C.--Oct. 1, 20058, 2005--American Racing Capital, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ARGC) announced today that it closed a Share Exchange Agreement with American Racing Capital a holding company comprised of Fast One, Inc. and Davy Jones Motorsports.

The Company had previously changed its own name to American Racing Capital From Altrimega Health as a condition of closing.

John Gandy and Davy Jones said today in a joint statement, "We are excited about this new direction for the Company. With the motor sports business seeing explosive growth, there are many businesses that need help getting involved in the opportunities that are now available. We want to use our experience and inside connections to support these new ventures."
