Online Sales Strategies Inc. Announces Exclusive Agreement with CarTHINK to Expand Retail Automobile Offering

TAMPA, Fla.--Oct. 1, 20051, 2005--Online Sales Strategies Inc. (Pink Sheets:OSSG) ("the Company") announced today that it has signed an exclusive co-marketing agreement with CarTHINK, the leading online sales service provider for retail automotive dealers. The agreement will add significant scale, capacity and revenue potential to the company's current automobile consignment model by allowing the Company or its franchisees to fully service new and used automobile dealers in their communities. With CarTHINK's dealer suite, the franchisee can fully manage a dealership's inventory and emails across multiple platforms including eBay.com, online classifieds like AutoTrader.com and Cars.com and a dealer's own website.

This arrangement represents direct value addition to the Company franchise model by providing a robust enhancement to its already extensive software platform. Further, it differentiates the Company from the rest of the industry by focusing on increased revenue opportunities at the franchise level.
