As we have repeatedly stated, we cannot predict the timing of our military purchase orders, but we currently have approximately $55 million in unfilled orders under five different contracts. We have therefore increased our resources as we need to respond promptly to such purchase orders. This has had the effect of increasing some of our costs in the short-run. Meanwhile, our commercial winch business continues to grow rapidly."
