(OTCBB:SNSG) announced it has received a notice of allowance on a utility patent application, U.S. serial no. 10/928,378 on ScopeOut(R) for SUVs, minivans and any similarly-designed vehicles. The notice resulted in an allowance of 29 out of 33 requested claims. In addition, the U.S. Patent Office issued a notice of allowance on two new design patents, bringing ScopeOut(R)'s total patents to five, with additional patents pending.

ScopeOut(R), which just became available for retail and web sales this month, is a system of aerodynamic mirrors that are strategically placed on the vehicle.
