   WHAT:   A first-ever live online chat with Lexus Vice President and
           General Manager Bob Carter about the all-new 2006 Lexus IS luxury
           sport sedan.  The new IS, arriving in showrooms across the
           country this fall in October, is completely redesigned from the
           ground up and is available in the following models:
