Cooper Names New VP, Global Supply Chain
FINDLAY, Ohio, Sept. 27 -- Cooper Tire & Rubber Company has appointed Richard E. Williams to the newly created position of Vice President, Global Supply Chain.

Williams joins Cooper with more than 24 years of business experience in supply chain and purchasing activities, including nine years with Eaton Corporation working directly in senior supply chain management. Williams will oversee the global purchasing function, off-take and outsource programs as well as supply chain worldwide.

Williams holds a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, and an MBA in business management from Ashland University, Ashland, Ohio.
A resident of Ottawa, Ohio, Williams is a member of the Institute of Supply Management.
