Green qualifies 35th for Dover 200
 

Dover, De. –  Mark Green qualified 35th for the Dover 200 at Dover International Speedway. Green will start on the inside of row 18 behind the wheel of the Vassarette/BMAR Chevrolet on Saturday.

            “The guys did a great job getting the car set up,” said Green. “We’ll to make some adjustments during the race but we should be able to get it dialed in pretty quickly.”

            Green completed the one-mile oval in 23.975 seconds for an average speed of 150.156 miles per hour. Ryan Newman took the pole with a time of 23.015 seconds. Five drivers failed to make the field.

            The Dover 200 will begin at 1 p.m. eastern time on Saturday and will air on TNT.
