Selinsgrove, PA- Due to the projected landfall of Hurricane Rita along the Texas coast, the scheduled live webcast this weekend from Fonda Speedway has been changed to a tape delayed broadcast.
Go Live Sports, the company that turns the audio out over the world wide web is located near Houston, TX.
Following the wake of the disaster with Hurricane Katrina, I am sure race fans will understand the need for the employees and their families to seek safe shelter.
The Dirt Track Channel will have two (2) separate five-minute audio reviews shows for the RoC Sportsman and Modified races that will air on Monday night, September 26th, and will include race highlights and interviews.
The entire broadcast of heats, concis and the features from the Race Of Champions two-day show at Fonda will be available as soon as Go Live Sports is are able to return to a normal operating schedule. We will inform you of that air date for the broadcast.
We ask that you keep these wonderful folks in you prayers as well as the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
Thank you for your understanding of moving the broadcast to a tape delayed basis.
Sincerely,
Shawn T. Wood
President, The Dirt Track Channel
