Copart, Inc. to Webcast Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2005 Results

FAIRFIELD, Calif.--Sept. 21, 2005--Copart, Inc. announced today that it will release earnings for the fourth quarter of its fiscal 2005 after the close of market on Wednesday, September 28, 2005.

The following morning a conference call will be held at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (8 a.m. Pacific) to discuss the results and answer questions regarding the company's performance for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending July 31, 2005.
