The Artist: Latino rhythm & blues singer/songwriter Frankie J, who recently appeared on MTV's "Total Request Live" (TRL) program, is finding his fortunes skyrocketing as his newly released Neo-soul/pop album "The One" peaked at #3 on the Billboard chart. This Miami flash concert is the 8th of 10 nationwide. The Roots led off the series in New York July 14. Jermaine Dupri followed July 16th in Atlanta. Fat Joe hip hopped into Philadelphia July 20th. Staind rocked for 12,000+ fans in Boston Aug. 9th. Collective Soul hit Dallas Aug. 23. The Wallflowers had Los Angeles groovin' on Sept. 1. Given tremendous fan response, an 11th show will be added to the series, as Los Lonely Boys will play in Washington, D.C. sometime next week at a secret location.
