Keep Your Eyes on the Road and Your Hands on the Wheel

--Do you talk and drive at the same time? If you do, better keep your hands on the wheel. Starting October 1st, Connecticut becomes the latest state to ban hand-held mobile phone use while driving. People can still use their cell phone -- but must use a hands-free device, like a headset, if they want to talk.
