WYSONG HEADED FOR INDIANAPOLIS IN JANUARY!

SEPTEMBER 19, 2005

Jimmy Wysong of Salt Lake City, Utah will be celebrated as the
2005 USAC/SLVRA Young Automotive Group Rocky Mountain Sprint Car Champion
when USAC presents its 50th "Champions Night" National Awards function in
Indianapolis next January.

Wysong unseated two-time defending series titlist Jim Waters
Saturday night, finishing second behind Rick Pardee in the 40-lap series
finale at Rocky Mountain Raceways in the Utah capital.

Wysong emerges with a 73-point margin over Waters after Waters
suffered through a disappointing final race, losing two engines and
finishing 12th in his backup car in the 40-lap feature.

Pardee, of Salt Lake City, earned his initial series triumph
in his Racecraft/Bee Hive Bail Bonds Chevy, leading the final 37 laps of
the race after passing Chuck Maddox on lap four. Paul Marconi, Maddox and
Shauna Hogg rounded out the "top-five" behind Pardee and Wysong.
