Keeping Texas Teens Safe On The Road

--Texas is getting tough on teen drivers. A new Texas law that took effect this month makes it illegal for anyone under 18 to talk on a cell phone or text messaging while driving. But one insurance company thinks more can be done to keep our young people safe behind the wheel.
