HAMPTON, Va., Sept. 13 -- Measurement Specialties, Inc. , a designer and manufacturer of sensors and sensor-based consumer products, announced that the company will hold its Fiscal 2005 Annual Shareholder Meeting today at the University Club, One West 54th Street, in New York at 10:00 AM EDT.
