  The Artists:    Named by Rolling Stone as one of the "Top 10 artists to
                  Watch in 2005," red-hot rockers Louis XIV feature lead
                  vocalist and guitarist Jason Hill; Brian Karscig, vocals,
                  guitar piano; James Armbrust, bass and Mark Maigaard,
                  drums.  Their lead single "Finding Out True Love is Blind"
                  garnered major national radio airplay, and the follow-up
                  "God Killed the Queen" was prominently featured on the hit
                  TV series "The O.C."

  The Scene:      Louis XIV is performing a free, unannounced-until-today
                  "Fusion Flash Concert" for insiders registered on
                  www.fusionflashconcerts.com and the general public on a
                  first-come, first-admitted "space available" basis.

                  Louis XIV's show is the 7th of 10 nationwide.  The Roots
                  led off the series in New York July 14.  Jermaine Dupri
                  followed July 16th in Atlanta.  Fat Joe hip hopped into
                  Philadelphia July 20th.  Staind rocked for 12,000+ fans
                  in Boston Aug. 9th.  Collective Soul hit Dallas Aug. 23.
                  Wallflowers headlined L.A. Sept. 1.  And Frankie J is
                  headed for Miami Sept. 23.  The spontaneous series,

                  national grassroots effort to amplify the street buzz
