Media Update: The Great American Supercar!

Media Friends:

Here's the latest update on the new low-volume 1969 Baldwin-Motion 540 Camaro
SuperCoupe that will be shown for the first time on Nov. 1 at the SEMA Show.
Also included are comments from Joel Rosen and some of the key people involved
with the Camaro SuperCoupe concept and re-launching the Baldwin-Motion and
MOTION brands.

ANATOMY OF A SUPERCAR

"It's what you don't see that elevates our new 1969 Baldwin-Motion 540 Camaro
SuperCoupe to serious Supercar status," said, Joel Ehrenpreis, President,
MOTION, LLC.

A total of 12 Baldwin-Motion Camaro SuperCoupes will be produced. Each will
be coachbuilt to the purchaser's specifications. Each SuperCoupe will
essentially be a one-off as purchasers will have a myriad of powertrain and luxury
options to chose from.

"I'm using a highly styled 1969 Camaro body to continue our Baldwin-Motion
tradition of building and marketing super-performance big-block Camaros (and
other Chevrolet specialty cars) that enthusiasts lust for. Our new coachbuilt
SuperCoupe showcases a fully integrated high-tech powertrain and platform, and
fit, finish and appointments found only in ultra-luxury vehicles. Best of all,
it delivers peerless performance," said Joel Rosen.

The 600-plus-hp all-aluminum Merlin/Motion 540-cubic-inch big-block, with a
4.50-inch bore and 4.25-inch stroke, is a brand new World Products engine. The
first production 540, built and dyno-tuned by Bill Mitchell, powers the
prototype Baldwin-Motion Camaro SuperCoupe. It is topped off with a polished
Kinsler EFI Cross-Ram fuel injection system.

"When Marty Schorr called to let me know that he and Joel Rosen were bringing
back Baldwin-Motion and Motion and building a new 1969 Camaro Supercar, I
told him that I was in," said Bill Mitchell, legendary engine builder and
President of World Products.
"Since I built many of the original Baldwin-Motion cars and built and drove
the NHRA-record-setting A/MP Motion Supercar Club Camaro, I knew exactly what
the new car needed... a Motion-spec, 600-plus horsepower, all-aluminum 540-inch
Merlin big-block."

The Camaro's engine layout is front/mid, with the aluminum big-block set back
a full 12 inches on the custom (2x3-inch steel) tubular chassis. The
proprietary chassis features a tubular steel spine/backbone which runs through the
console and is welded solid to the body, resulting in an incredibly rigid
platform.

Suspension is four-wheel independent, with polished unequal length control
arms with toe-in control links, fully adjustable coil-over shocks and sway bars.
Steering is variable-assist rack and pinion. The independent rear
incorporates a Dana 44 Posi center section and custom high-torque axles.

Motion-branded Baer Extreme-Plus disc brakes with six-piston Sport calipers
and two-piece 14-inch cross-drilled and slotted rotors are used at
all four corners.

"From its Kinsler-injected, all-aluminum 540 Merlin/Motion big-block set back
12-inches (front/mid layout) on a tubular chassis to its independent rear
with a Dana 44 Posi and custom high-torque axles, our new Baldwin-Motion 540
Camaro SuperCoupe is truly The Great American Supercar," said Larry Jaworske, CEO,
MOTION, LLC.
