Deere & Company Announces Quarterly Dividend

MOLINE, Ill., Aug. 31, 2005 -- The Deere & Company Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.31 a share, payable November 1, 2005, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2005.
