Haas Named National Sales Manager For Hella Inc.
PEACHTREE CITY, Ga., Aug. 31, 2005 -- Jeff Haas has been named national sales manager for the Special Original Equipment (SOE) Division at Hella Inc., Hella's aftermarket sales group in North America.
A native of Milwaukee, Wis., Haas previously was a regional sales manager for J.W. Speaker Corporation, a manufacturer of custom lighting and electronics for the off-highway market headquartered in Germantown, Wisconsin. He will report to Wolfgang Benz, president of Hella Inc.
"Mr. Haas will be responsible for growing Hella's SOE market share, providing strategic direction for the development of new products and markets and further developing our company's sales force in the NAFTA region," Benz said.
Hella's SOE division provides lighting products for a variety of markets, including businesses in the mining, forestry, construction, marine, agricultural and recreational-vehicle industries.
Prior to working at J.W. Speaker Corporation, Haas held senior sales positions with MG Systems & Welding in Menomonee Falls, Wis., and Camdec Corporation in Germantown.
Haas attended Marquette University in Milwaukee and Waukesha County Technical College in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. He is married and has one daughter.
