Chrysler Execs to Take Dunk Tank Plunge for United Way Today, Aug. 31

                      Light the Torch for United Way

     Ficano
  *  Chrysler Group supports United Way through fun-filled competitions
  *  Hundreds of Auburn Hills employees expected to participate in Olympic-
     style games

  WHAT:     Chrysler Group kicks-off its United Way Corporate Campaign with
            an Olympic-style salute to families and fun with its executives,
            employees and special guests.  The event will include:

            Torch-lighting ceremony with Dieter Zetsche and Tom LaSorda
            Dunk tank with Tom LaSorda, Eric Ridenour and Robert Ficano
            Chrysler Group employees competition
