AIAG Honors Outstanding Volunteers at Annual Awards Dinner
DETROIT, Aug. 31, 2005 -- The Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) honored its volunteers and member companies for their outstanding contributions to the automotive industry at last night's 19th annual AIAG Outstanding Achievement Awards Dinner at the Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center.

AIAG honored one Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, 18 Individual Achievement Award recipients and two Corporate Achievement Award recipients for their merits in 2004. Their exceptional commitment and dedication produced industry guidelines and international standards for the global automotive supply chain to improve processes and reduce cost and complexity.

Koehn, AIAG acting executive director.
Peter Rosenfeld, executive vice president of procurement and supply at DaimlerChrysler Corp., delivered the event's keynote speech and congratulated each of the recipients.
