NADART Introduces the ePlan

MCLEAN, Va., Aug. 30, 2005 -- The National Automobile Dealers Association Retirement Administrators, Inc. DBA (NADART) will introduce a new retirement plan product for smaller companies, called the ePlan, on October 1, 2005.

The ePlan offers an affordable retirement plan option to companies with ten or fewer employees.

"Smaller companies often have a difficult time finding a retirement plan that fits their needs," said Steve Johnson, director of marketing for NADART. "We think smaller businesses have been priced out of the market and they don't have the resources available to devote to administering a retirement plan. The NADART ePlan solves both of these problems," he added.

As a safe harbor 401(k) plan, the ePlan addresses the concerns of small companies by combining the extensive use of technology with standardized provisions and low administrative fees always associated with NADART.

  Services offered with the ePlan include:

   * 20 different investment options from fund families such as Vanguard,
     T. Rowe Price, Legg Mason and Gabelli;

   * 24/7 account access via the Internet;

   * Comprehensive educational materials for each eligible participant;

   * Personalized online investment advice provided by the renowned
     Morningstar Associates, LLC.; and

   * Trustee services through FBR National Trust Company.

"Our goal is for this product is to give small companies a tool to attract and retain quality employees at a price they can afford," Johnson said.

NADART has managed and administered 401(k), pension, and profit-sharing plans for dealerships and automotive trade associations since 1957. It has recently expanded its scope to offer retirement plans to companies other than NADA members. NADART has provided businesses and their employees with an efficient means of accumulating capital for retirement. With FBR National Trust Company serving as its Trustee, NADART maintains over $3.1 billion in assets for over 120,000 participants at dealerships nationwide.
