MicroTRAK, Inc. Appoints Marketing by Zip as Automotive MASTER Distributor

DALLAS--Aug. 3, 20050, 2005--MicroTRAK, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MIOK) is recognizing newly acquired Marketing by Zip as automotive Master distributor. Representing Marketing by Zip is President & CEO Frank Simmons, who has made extraordinary efforts in getting MIOK's AutoTRAK & AutoGUARD units on the street. Mr. Simmons and Marketing by Zip joined the ranks at MIOK only two months ago, and his numbers are steadily increasing week by week.

Frank Simmons, along with his seven premiere Marketing by Zip agents, has recently sold over 200 AutoTRAK & AutoGUARD combined units to out-of-state and Dallas/Ft. Worth dealerships.

Units have been acquired and contracts have been signed by the following well-known dealerships, Park Cities Dodge, Bankston Dodge, Sewell Lexus, Sport Cities Toyota, Park Cities Volkswagen, Lewisville Volkswagen, Sterling Acura (Austin), and John Morris Enterprises (Maryland). These dealers will be marketing the AutoTRAK & AutoGUARDs either through the service department or through the financing department, where clients will be encouraged to increase the safety of their vehicles and loved ones by adding MIOK's esteemed units.

Marketing by Zip has a clientele base derived from 15 years experience as a new automotive franchised dealer in Dallas, Texas area in which Mr. Simmons has generated 40 to 50 million dollars in sales.
