Ultradata Systems Introduces Low-Cost Hands-Free Digital Voice Recorder For Use In Cars

ST. LOUIS--Aug. 2, 20056, 2005--Ultradata Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:ULTR) announced today that it is introducing the AutoVoice Digital Recorder, a low-cost voice-command digital recorder. This is the first low-cost recorder that enables hands-free use, permitting drivers to record ideas or information - such a phone numbers, addresses, shopping lists or directions - just obtained on their cell phone or radio without the inconvenience or danger of operating a traditional recording device or using pen and paper.

Monte Ross, Ultradata CEO, said, "This product will be very useful to drivers. Currently, there's no convenient hands-free way to operate a recorder or take a note in the car while driving. Our approach solves that problem with a low-cost product. Unlike our other products, which are designed for use on cross-country trips, the AutoVoice Digital Recorder can be used by all drivers at any time, opening up a market of more than 100 million drivers in the USA. In addition, the recorder can be implemented in foreign languages and sold internationally."

Mr. Ross said Ultradata expects the new AutoVoice Digital Recorder to retail for less than $30 in the U.S. and to be available to consumers before the end of 2005.

Mr. Ross continued, "The AutoVoice Recorder, together with the recently introduced Road Genie Audio Navigation System, makes use of voice recognition technology and offers ease and safety of use to the consumer while driving. We expect sales of these new products to lead us back to profitability in the fourth quarter."
