Meteor the Monster Truck Company, LLC Announces Licensing Agreement With RC2 Corporation
NEW YORK and OAKBROOK, Ill., Aug. 25, 2005 -- Meteor the Monster Truck Company, LLC today announced a new licensing agreement with RC2 Corporation . Under the terms of the agreement, RC2 obtains the rights to certain toy, collectible and infant products associated with the Meteor the Monster Truck(TM) property. Initial toy products are scheduled for release in late 2006 under RC2's Learning Curve brand.

"RC2 shares our commitment, along with Endgame Entertainment, to deliver a monster truck property that encourages boys to identify with vehicle characters like Meteor and his friends, and to unwind and have fun. RC2's enthusiastic participation is the first step in expanding our Meteor the Monster Truck property from DVDs to television, toys and other products, enabling young children, especially boys, to better express and enjoy themselves through active play."

Meteor the Monster Truck is specifically designed for children ages 2 1/2 to 6, particularly boys. In it, kids explore the missions and dreams of a hard-playing group of young monster trucks including Meteor(C), Jose(C), Junkboy(C), Ponytail(C), and friends.
