Navicom GPS Announces New Orders

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 23, 2005 -- Global-E Investments, Inc. , soon to be renamed NowAuto Group, Inc., which recently acquired the assets of NowAuto, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NWAU), today announced it has signed a contract with Allied Dealer Services for 300 GPS units per month. Under the terms of the agreement, Allied Dealer Services will have a standing purchase order for 300 GPS units each month. This order will be shipped out in early September utilizing the new Navitraq V unit. The unit will also be running on the new Navicom q Network with enhanced mapping and feature functionality.

Navicom's distributor, Allied Dealer Services, LLC, has also signed a contract with Automotive Asset Protection, INC. of Dallas, Texas for a minimum of 200 units a month. "The new NAVICOM unit will be able to replace two separate units we are currently using now by combining both of their functions into one unit. We can see that our dealer network should easily surpass the monthly goal of 350-400 units a month," said Terome Reynolds, Business Development Manager for Automotive Asset Protection Inc.

"NAVICOM GPS and their GSM tracking systems are truly revolutionary products. We are in the final process of negotiations with a major Credit Union in Oklahoma with Members in excess of 50,000," said David Willard, Vice President of Allied Dealer Services. This will be done by mid September and produce sales of 400-500 a month.

Also, Galleria Credit Union of Dallas, Texas, is using Navicom GPS to track its high-risk assets. "It is a perfect fit for our Credit Union," said Bob Hyatt, Vice President of Lending Galleria Credit Union. "We can see how all of our members could benefit from Navicom GPS and the multiple benefits their services provide."

Navicom also announced its distributor Security Products, Inc. (http://www.securityproductsinc.com/), in California, has received and shipped an order to Santa Barbara Harley Davidson after a 60-day testing program. This order includes a specially designed antenna used for motorcycles. IMP Enterprises http://www.groupallis.com/ and San Jose Navigation, Inc. http://www.sanav.com/ are supplying the custom antennas for the project.

Navicom, Inc. will also provide asset management services to JNJ Engineering out of Hilldale, Utah for their mobile equipment. This will include Water/Dump trucks, Skid Steers, Backhoes, portable light towers and industrial welders.

The application written by Navicom, Inc. will provide - Engine Hour reporting - Timed tracking - Geo-fencing - Early Theft detection - Speed reporting.

The unit deployed for this application will be the Navitraq VI, the EGPRS (GSM) unit.

The Navitraq VI has 30 I/Os, is over the air programmable and re- configurable. It has been PTCRB certified with Worldwide GSM carriers.
